ARC Named an MSPA Americas 2024 Elite Member

In recognition of their exceptional industry leadership, ARC has been named an MSPA Americas 2024 Elite Member. 

MSPA Americas, the trade association for companies engaged in creating, measuring and enhancing the customer journey, announced ARC as one of only 7 winners of its annual Elite program for 2024 at its recent CME Conference in Colorado Springs.

Recognition of Outstanding Service and Performance

It is a significant honor to receive recognition as an MSPA Americas Elite Member.

ARC’s CEO Cheryl Thibault is currently serving a 2-year term on the MSPA Americas Board of Directors. Her term began January 1, 2023. She is one of 13 industry leaders elected to serve in this capacity.

MSPA Elite Status Designation

Each year since its inception in 2015, the MSPA Americas Elite awards program recognizes “the preeminent member companies of MSPA Americas who demonstrate through tangible actions their distinguished leadership and complete support in advancing the goals and objectives of MSPA Americas trade association.”

This award can be earned by dedicated members in the mystery shopping and retail merchandising industries by meeting specific criteria designed to demonstrate industry leadership and the willingness to commit time and resources to assist the association in its mission and annual goals.

MSPA Americas

MSPA was founded in 1998 by a group of mystery shopping business owners who wanted the positive influence of a trade association to bring the industry together for the betterment of all.

The organization grew from being just for mystery shopping provider companies to now include all service providers who have an impact on the customer journey, including retail merchandisers.

MSPA North America and MSPA Latin America came together in 2017 to become  MSPA Americas. Their current membership database includes more than 60,000 independent contractors and service provider companies.

Their mission is to connect and support the businesses which are influencing, creating, managing, measuring, enhancing and re-defining customer experience (CX).
